It's not much, but every penny counts, right?
AAA Western and Central New York reported the cost of gas in Buffalo has gone down one cent in the past week--$2.74.
The New York State average is $2.78, down three cents since last week.
An AAA spokesperson said, "The national average continues to fall--dropping each day--as lower fall demand kicks in and more gas stations begin to dispense cheaper, winter-blend gasoline."
Gas stations were allowed to switch over to winter-blend on September 15th.
