Buffalo Police are investigating the discovery of a deceased male body Sunday.
Officers responded to a call just after 6:50 a.m. Sunday after a report from CSX officials notified authorities of a body near the railroad tracks in the vicinity of Colvin and Linden Avenues.
This is the second deceased body discovered this weekend, a deceased body was discovered Friday morning on a sidewalk in the city's Broadway-Fillmore neighborhood.
An autopsy will be performed by the Erie County Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death.
No further information is available at this time.
