A suspicious envelope with crushed medication forced officials to evacuate the Seneca Building on 3rd Street in Niagara Falls for a couple of hours today.
Niagara County Hazmat crews, members of the Niagara Falls Fire department, and Air Base crews responded the the scene.
Hazmat crews tested the substance to make sure it posed no threat.
The all clear was given less than two hours after the ordeal began.
