A Sinclairville man is in the Chautauqua County Jail after being charged with sexual abuse in the Town of Charlotte.
Louis Higgs Jr., 46, was arrested at his home after sheriff's deputies investigated a claim from the office of Child Protective Services.
Higgs is charged with sexual conduct against a child, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
He's being held in the Chautauqua County Jail on $50,000 bail.
