State Assemblyman Mickey Kearns says there are still sex offenders living on Leydecker Road.
Seven registered sex offenders living in group homes at 510 and 526 Leydecker initially moved from Rochester in 2013. In a Freedom of Information Act request by Kearns, it was learned just last week that not all seven are gone. Previously, they were thought to have left last spring.
The document also shows a 9-1-1 assault call in July of 2014 where a worker was hit four times.

Kearns, along with West Seneca Town Supervisor Sheila Meegan believe that having the sex offenders in the neighborhood is a danger to workers and neighbors.
They say they should've never been sent to West Seneca in the first place and something needs to be done--something we first told you about when the sex offenders just moved in.
In an effort for a solution Kearns and Meegan have sent their findings to the State Inspector for a full investigation.
