BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — The U.S. Postal Service and several retailers urge you to place your orders soon, if you want gifts to arrive in time for the holidays.
The Postal Service is already flooded with packages, and short on employees available to process them due to the pandemic.
Shipping officials say to place your ground orders by Tuesday, if you're sending gifts with UPS, FedEx or the USPS.
Many retailers say it's important to shop early to avoid expedited shipping fees.
