UPDATE: Buffalo Police announced the arrest of two individuals in connection with the Wednesday night shooting on Jefferson and East Utica on Twitter Friday.

Detectives have arrested 18-year-old Jason Chapman of Buffalo and charged him with felony assault and criminal possession of a weapon, 23-year-old Diondre Brown of Buffalo has also been arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
The 19-year-old victim, who has not been identified, remains in serious condition at ECMC as of Friday morning.
ORIGINAL: One person is being treated for shooting-related injuries, at Erie County Medical Center.
That person, who has not been identified, was shot at Jefferson and East Utica, in Buffalo.
Buffalo police say that victim drove themselves to Buffalo General Hospital about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday. They were quickly transferred to ECMC because of its trauma center.
Detectives are still investigating the shooting. No arrests have been reported.
