A former employee at the Springville-Griffith Institue Elementary School is now charged with trespassing.
According to an Erie County Sheriff's Office report obtained by 7 Eyewitness News, school workers found cardboard signs posted to the doors of the school and administrative building Monday morning.
Sheriff's deputies say those signs targeted specific employees, stating they would be fired.
With the help of surveillance footage, sheriff's deputies identified the man responsible as Michael Martin, a former custodian who had been fired and was not allowed on school grounds.
Martin was arrested Tuesday and charged with trespassing.
He was arraigned in Village of Springville Court.
