NEW YORK (WKBW) — There is lost money waiting to be claimed in New York State, lots of it, according to New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli.
DiNapoli says there is $16 billion waiting to be claimed and the Office of the State Comptroller returns over $1.5 million a day, over $206 million has been returned so far in 2019.
