No one from New York State won Wednesday’s $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot, but five did wake up millionaires.
Three people won the jackpot and will split the prize
Five people matched five numbers, which means they each won a $1 million prize. Another 79 people matched four numbers and the powerball. Each of them will take home a $50,000 prize.

Though there weren’t many big winners in New York State, there were many who won a smaller prize. A total of 6,260 people won $100 by matching four numbers or three numbers and the powerball, 184,912 people won $7 by matching three numbers or two numbers and the powerball, and 1,764,866 people won $4 by matching one number and the powerball or by matching the powerball alone.
The winner numbers are: 4-8-19-27-34 and Powerball 10
