NEW YORK (WKBW) — Landlords are calling on the Supreme Court to block New York State's eviction moratorium.
Court documents show that landlords from the state are asking the court to lift the moratorium on evictions since, "New York has now lifted virtually all of its other COVID restrictions."
Previously the Supreme Court rejected a motion to lift an eviction moratorium in Alabama.
