NEW YORK (WKBW) — The New York State Farm Laborers Wage Board has voted two-to-one to recommend lowering the overtime threshold to 40 hours a week over the next decade.
The overtime threshold is currently at 60 hours a week.
If approved, New York would join California and Washington with the threshold set at 40 hours a week.
