A City of Dunkirk man is under arrest over a robbery and assault investigation. But it's where police say the suspect was hiding that's raising some eyebrows.
Police say 37-year-old Fernando Martinez Junior stole cash and injured a person during an afternoon robbery back on November 8th.
Investigators arrested Martinez early Wednesday morning at his home. Police say they found him hiding inside a washing machine.
Martinez is currently being held in the City lock-up awaiting arraignment.
