An hours-long stand-off has come to a peaceful end in Buffalo.
According to the Buffalo Police Twitter account, says the stand-off, which started Monday afternoon, ended just before 5pm without incident, and that an individual is now in custody.
Several streets around that area were closed, including the on and off ramps from I-190 to Elm Street. Those have since been reopened.
