Niagara Falls police have arrested at least one person, in connection to an overnight Friday SWAT situation. This was on Whitney Avenue near 24th Street.
Police say they were called out to 2254 Whitney Avenue for reports of a person making threats.
It's unclear what those threats were.
Police say when they arrived, there was no answer at the door.
Finally, around 5:15 a.m., police arrested one man, who was walked out of a shattered door. He had his hands up and was handcuffed.
Police tell us this was a domestic-related situation.
The name of the man arrested has not yet been released.
