A Buffalo teen is under arrest and facing a murder charge.
Investigators say Jonathen Malone, Jr. shot and killed 26-year-old Dimitris Morgan. The shooting happened in March near Courtland Avenue in Buffalo.
19-year-old Malone pleaded not guilty during his arraignment on Monday.
The teen is currently being held without bail.
If found guilty, Malone faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison.
