Three Niagara Falls teens face burglary charges after an interior alarm went off at the Summit Park Mall on July 4.
Deputies responded after video surveillance showed people inside. Upon arrival, all three were taken into custody without incident, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Along with the property manager, deputies walked through the property to confirm damage estimated at $540 for the doorway and alarm control unit.
19-year-old, Giante Polk, and two 17-year-olds were charged with burglary and criminal mischief.
Their bail was set at $2,500 and will be back in court on July 14.
