Dr. Werner Ceusters woke up to the news Tuesday, and immediately thought of his family still living in Belgium.
"I was honestly angry," he said. "That shouldn't happen and now drastic actions need to be taken."
Despite his frustration, Ceusters says he doesn't fear for the safety of his loved ones back home.
