There's a new place to eat clean here in Buffalo.
The Healthy Scratch is now open for business on the Roswell Park campus.
The grab and go cafe, at the intersection of Carlton and Michigan, will serve patients, staff visitors and neighbors with a mix of healthy smoothies, juices, salads and wraps.
This is the cafe's second location in the Queen City. It's flagship is located at HarborCenter.
Hours of operation on the Roswell Park Campus are 6:30am - 4:00pm.
