NIAGARA FALLS, NY (WKBW-TV) — Some flimsy, fanciful fun creatures have arrived at the Aquarium of Niagara. The exhibit called "Aliens of the Sea" features four varieties of Jelly Fish. Executive Director Gary Siddall says "we wanted something the aquarium had never had before, we wanted something that Western New York had never seen".
The new Jelly Fish home is "other worldly" with dark lighting and "alien music" and the new residents are doing great. Jelly Fish may be difficult to "read" as Gary Siddall points out "they don't have a heart and they don't have a brain, and they rely on a very basic neurological system."
According to Gary "it's a new day" at the Aquarium of Niagara and the Aliens of the Seas is just the latest example of the Aquarium's commitment to the future. You can get more information at the Aquarium Of Niagara website.
