Most people don't mind a little attention on their birthday. For really big birthdays, it doesn't hurt to get lots of attention. A huge crowd swarmed into Orchard Heights to wish Mary Moscato, known to many as "Nana Mary" a happy 100th birthday.
Mary's daughter Jean, put the celebration together which included family and friends as well as family members playing music. Mary's great nephew J.J. says he played at "Nana Mary's" 95th birthday too adding "she has as much sass as she did thirty years ago."
During the celebration, Mary received special Facetime birthday greetings all the way family in Licata, Italy. Reflecting that while her "sweetheart" of 64 years, husband Anthony is gone, she says "he's here in spirit".
"Nana Mary" shares these secrets to her longevity "don't drink, don't do drugs and be kind to everyone you meet." And one other thing, Mary loves to dance which she exhibited at her party. And then gave this wish to all of her guests "I hope you all have a hundred birthdays, it's fun!"
