It's National Adopt-a-Shelter Pet Day! In honor of this special day, the Erie County SPCA bring furry friends (and some scaley ones) to you!

Here are 7 little guys that need a home:

  • Archer: an 8-year-old orange and white tabby. He's a self-proclaimed 'boss' who enjoys murder mystery dinners.

  • Poppy: a 10-year-old torbie. She's a sweetheart who loves to chase a ping pong ball, and has a knack for competitive table tennis.

  • Ricky: is a red-eared slider, who enjoys sun-bathing and flipping houses.

  • Tollhouse: he's a young iguana who can grow up to 8" long and weigh 20 lbs as an adult. He lives for browsing the produce section at any supermarket.

  • Josie: a 4-year-old terrier mix who loves knitting and going for an early morning run.

  • Travis: an 8-year-old pitbull mix who enjoys a good Netflix binge on weekdays and BBQing on weekends.

  • Frigid: a female mini-lop breed who loves to bake carrot cakes and eat them too.

If you want to get one of these guys home with you, visit the Erie County SPCA adoption site or give them call at (716) 875-7360.
