Owner Joe Maurino and Executive Chef Anthony Giangrosso opened their West Seneca restaurant called Stack Burger a couple years ago. On the menu you'll discover burgers with tasty combinations and clever names like "The Demon" "The Hangover" and "The Rodeo"
According to the Chef, there is always room for another burger joint, if those burgers are really good, adding "we came up with the idea of Stack Burgers because you can stack them as high as you like, it's two-fifty a patty and you can go as high as ten but nobody has."
Stack Burger is totally take-out. It's not just the burgers that go flying out of the place, it's also their award winning deep fried peanut butter and jelly smothered in grape whip cream, loganberry reduction sauce and peanut butter sauce. It won two awards at last year's Taste Of Buffalo and they sold more than three thousand of them.
The menu includes chicken sandwiches, fresh cut fries and daily specials. They can add heat to your fries with homemade demon spice and homemade hot sauce.
