A 911 call claiming a threat of violence at the Stanley Makowski Early Childhood Center Wednesday morning immediately put the school on lockout with a shelter in place established.
Multiple police vehicles responded to the school and searched the building located at 1095 Jefferson Avenue in Buffalo.
While searching the 911 call, police determined there was no real threat and the call was made by a third grader from inside the school.
The student will face disciplinary actions per the school's code of conduct.
