While many people were unwrapping presents or having Christmas breakfast, hundreds of Western New Yorkers were giving back.
Mike Solly was one of hundreds of Buffalo City Mission volunteers who delivered 3,200 ham dinners on Christmas Day. Those hot meals packaged in brown paper bags went to the underprivileged.
The event is now even part of the Lancaster family's tradition.
