The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office is investigating a crash that killed two pedestrians Friday night.
The accident happened in the Town of Salamanca near the intersection of Route 353 and North State.
The sheriff's office identified the victims Saturday as Town Supervisor Michael Phillips and his wife, Donna Phillips.
Investigators say the two were walking to Town Hall when they were struck.
The driver is not facing any charges as of Saturday night.
