Sheriff's deputies in Chautauqua County have arrested a man on Felony charges for driving while intoxicated.
Authorities say 41-year-old David Spunaugle was stopped early Monday morning for a traffic violation. It was then determined he was intoxicated. Spunaugle was taken into custody and a check of his driving history in New York State revealed he had a prior conviction for DWI within the past ten years.
Spunaugle was also found to have had his driving privileges in New York State revoked for DWI, according to deputies. He was arraigned in Town of Ellery Court and placed in the Chautauqua County Jail.
