A Pendleton woman is under arrest following a motor vehicle accident investigation.
Troopers say they found 45-year-old Dawn Rubeck's vehicle in a ditch on Campbell Boulevard in the Town of Pendleton during a routine patrol.
Rubeck said she drove into the ditch to avoid a vehicle that appeared to be coming at her. Authorities say she had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage upon interview.
While being processed, she consented to a breath test that recorded a .20 BAC. She is charged with aggravated DWI and moving from a lane unsafely.
Rubeck will return to Town of Pendleton Court at a later date.
