Two people are dead after they were struck by a vehicle in Cattaraugus County Friday evening.
According to the sheriff's office, the accident happened at the intersection of Route 353 and North State around 5:30pm.
The driver of the vehicle was uninjured. A passenger was taken to a local hospital with unspecified injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
