Two people were taken to the hospital after a head-on crash on Route 198 overnight Tuesday.
The crash happened around 1 a.m. on the Route 198 westbound near the Main Street exit.
One person from each of the two cars were sent to the hospital by Rural Metro Medical Services.
The highway was shut down for sometime as police recreated the crash.
