Buffalo Police are investigating two different scenes on Buffalo's east side.
At Erie County Medical Center, the ramp to the emergency room was surrounded by police. That's something that typically happens when a shooting victim arrives at the hospital.
In this case, police say just before 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, a 19-year-old man walked in with a gunshot wound. Police say he was shot at Wyoming and Northland.
At the same time, police were searching a Dodge Durango right near the hospital on East Delavan and Grider. It's unclear if that vehicle is connected to the shooting.
The man was treated and released.
