UB Police investigate two reports of women being forcibly touched

UB Police are investigating two forcible touching incidents that happened Sunday.  Police say right now it appears the cases are unrelated.

First, police say a female student reported being fondled and kissed without her consent by a man she didn't know at the Spring Concert in Alumni Arena.  She described the man as a tall man with dark curly hair who was wearing a long-sleeve UB shirt.  Police say the incident happened in the red section seating area during the last act of the night.

Next, police say a student told them his female friend was forcibly touched while walking with him and a group of friends along Main Street near the South Campus early Sunday morning.  The suspect was described as a light-skinned black man with curly hair. wearing a white shirt and jeans.  Police say his name may have been Joel.
