Three men have been arrested in connection to a high speed police chase Monday night in Downtown Buffalo that ended in a crash.
The 27-year-old driver, Joshua Copeland, is charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving, criminal possession of marijuana and several other charges.
Another 27-year-old man, Marshawn Mills, and a 41-year-old man, Jonnal Baker, are both charged with obstruction of government administration and resisting arrest.
The chase began at 9:15 p.m. in the Genesee Street - Jefferson Avenue - Grey Street area after New York State Police pulled the car over to investigate a "shots fired" call. Buffalo Police then got involved in the chase after the driver would not cooperate.
The chase ended at the intersection of Main Street and East Mohawk when the suspects' car hit two Buffalo Police Department cars. There was minor damage to the police vehicles.
All three suspects fled on foot but were quickly apprehended.
