Say “welcome back” to Starbucks’ famed Pumpkin Spice Latte, and “nice to meet you” to the new Chile Mocha.

On Thursday, Starbucks stores nationwide started selling their signature PSL – because who wants to actually wait for fall?

Today notes that the drink is Starbucks’ most popular seasonal beverage ever, with more than 200 million sold since its introduction in 2003.

But if the PSL is too “been there, done that” for you, give the Chile Mocha a try.

The new menu item is described on the Starbucks website as a drink “made with espresso and steamed milk infused with a cocoa and cinnamon powder, topped with a dollop of whipped cream and finished with a sprinkle of Chile Mocha topping consisting of ancho and cayenne chile pepper, cinnamon, paprika, sugar and a touch of sea salt. It's also delicious as a Frappuccino blended beverage or even coffee-free as hot chocolate.”

The Chile Mocha will debut on Sept. 6, according to Today.
