SHEBOYGAN FALLS -- The death of a Sheboygan Falls, Wis. two-year-old is being called a homicide by police. In disturbing 911 calls released Friday, a woman who says she's his mother admits she's the one who did it.

"I killed my son," the woman can be heard saying during the call.

"You what?" the dispatcher responds incredulously.

"I killed my son," the woman calmly repeats.

The woman went on to tell the dispatcher she strangled her son a half hour before making the call to police. She also said she felt like she lost her mind, and she's always had problems.

Police say she had a knife when they responded to the home, and was tased twice after ignoring commands to drop it.

The 27-year-old mother is in the Sheboygan County Detention Center. Police haven't officially said how the child died - they're waiting on an autopsy. They also haven't released the names of the woman or the child.

The investigation is ongoing.
