The Niagara County Sheriff's Office has released the name of the man killed in an early morning house fire in Newfane.
James Marsh, 54, died when smoke and flames filled his apartment about 4:30 a.m. at 2747 West Avenue.
Investigators are still searching for a cause of the fire.
No one else was hurt.
