Becki Peckham and Chris Nicholas are both young professionals, both working at ECMC and both VLOG or video log. They have a YouTube channel.The couple moved to Buffalo three months ago.
“So far, it's been moving and immigration vlogs. We've had a couple of adventures to Niagara Falls and the Eternal Flame Falls,” said Beckham about her vlog titled Becki and Chris.
They lived in Vancouver and got some questions when they decided to move to Western New York.
“Everyone would say, ew, Buffalo. Why Buffalo?” recalled Nicholas. “It kind of got us a little bit discouraged because we had this really negative vision of it coming into it.”
They did move to Buffalo after only hearing mostly negative comments. They couldn't say no to the job opportunity, as well as the city's cost of living.
Their vlog is posted every week. While the adventures have changed from Western Canada to Western New York, they're excited to be here and see what Buffalo has to offer.
