A West Seneca man will spend 120 months in prison for possessing child pornography.
Seventy-two-year-old Joseph Heleniak was sentenced to the jail time Tuesday. He will then be on supervised release for the remainder of his lifetime.
The U.S. Attorney's Office said Heleniak knowingly stored images of child pornography on his AOL email account after finding them on the internet. Some of the images depicted prepubescent minors.
Heleniak was previously convicted of possession of child pornography in 2005 in the Western District of New York and sentenced to 30 months in prison.
