The New York State Department of Heath's decision to allow medical marijuana for the treatment of chronic pain is generating a lot of interest and questions from patients. To help answer some of those questions, 7 Eyewitness News reporter Ed Reilly talked with Dr. Laszlo Mechtler from the DENT Neurologic Institute.
