The Town of Wheatfield is one step closer to putting a fence around the Niagara Sanitation Landfill.
The Town Board voted to move over $75,000 from a fund to cover the cost of the fence.
The town funds will be combined with a $75,000 grant secured by State Senator Robert Ortt.
The fence should be installed by the end of the year.
