Police are working to figure out what caused a head-on crash on Dysinger Road in Lockport Monday evening that killed a Williamsville woman.
Police say 27-year-old Elizabeth Lytle was killed when her Saturn crossed the center line and hit a Toyota Highlander head-on. Lytle was pronounced dead, and an autopsy is now scheduled. The driver of the Toyota was taken to ECMC with non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation into the crash is continuing.
