WKBW was awarded two New York Associated Press awards over the weekend for their I-Team coverage in the past year.
WKBW won first place for Investigative reporting for our piece "Pignataro: Deceitful Doctor. Accused Killer. New Identity?" produced by lead investigative reporter Charlie Specht and edited by photojournalist Jeff Wick. WKBW also won second place in the "Continuing Coverage" category for our coverage of the Niagara Community College Scandals.
