CLARENCE, N.Y. (WKBW) — Stephen Development has spent over $5 million on what they call the "Main Center of Clarence", a mixed-use facility situation right across from Clarence High School.

"10-20 years from now people are going to look back at this and use it as a model for other communities" Noel Dill, VP of Stephen Development said.

Ten townhouses, 14 state of the art apartments, and 1,750 square feet of retail space fill the new facility. The hope is this will create a more walkable Clarence.

"I think it's a home run for everybody," Paul Stephen, President of Stephen Development said, "all of Western New York, Erie County is on its way."

The apartments and town homes are ready for rent beginning in August. For more information, visit their website here. One and two bedroom apartments are available.
