BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Tappo's newest wood fired pizza restaurant is getting ready for opening day next Wednesday. The restaurant is in the same building as the newest Thin Man Brewery on Chandler Street in Buffalo.

The new restaurant is just a small part of the development going on at Chandler Street. It's a renaissance that developer Rocco Termini has been behind as he hopes Chandler Street can become the next Chippewa.
"We're trying to make this street a destination, It will be a street that a year ago no one heard about and two years everyone will know about it" Termini said.
The new Tappo will open on Wednesday, April 10th at 166 Chandler Street.
