The Western New York Women's Foundation strives for a community where women and girls have equal opportunities to thrive.
Its mission is to create a culture of possibility so each woman and girl can live, grow and lead to her fullest potential. Now, it's launching an initiative to give women the resources to do just that.
It launched All In on Thursday night at the Theodore Roosevelt Inauguration site.
The program is designed to provide resources for women interested in pursuing leadership positions and encourage employers to hire them.
According to buffalo business first, out of the 100 largest employers in Western New York, only 21 of them are led by women.
But All In is looking to lift women by offering recourses that both empower and inspire.
