Sarah Sinopoli was arrested Friday after a county employee alerted Erie County deputies of numerous cherry bomb firecrackers around the exterior of the Rath Building.
The 20-year-old Buffalo native was charged with felony count of criminal mischief, a misdemeanor count of reckless endangerment, and a violation for disorderly conduct.
The Erie County Sheriff's Bomb Squad was dispatched to the Rath Building, and the explosives detection K9 team swept the area to check for additional firecrackers. Eleven explosives were located.
She was taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending her arraigment.
