The Town of Tonawanda Police Department made a felony arrest after a woman allegedly drove drunk with two minors in the car.
Police say they found Nicole Mitri, 21, just after 3 o'clock Thursday morning driving with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent following a complaint of a domestic dispute.
Due to two 15-year-old passengers in the car while Mitri was driving under the influence, she was charged with the Leandra's Law statute.
Tonawanda Police say Mitri is charged with DWI misdemeanor, felony aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation (felony due to Mitri's prior alcohol-related conviction), and two counts of aggravated DWI with passengers less than 16-years-old (Leandra's Law).
Mitri is being held in the Town of Tonawanda Court while waiting for her arraignment.
