A Buffalo woman has pleaded not guilty to charges of setting a fire that left two people dead.

Al-Shariyfa Robinson, 40, faced arraignment in State Supreme Court Thursday on two counts of second-degree murder and one count of arson.

Prosecutors say Robinson set fire to a rooming house at 392 Curtiss Street on October 10, 2015, killing James Hodges, 64, and Edward Hughes, 58. She was arrested in February.

Robinson faces 50 years to life in prison if convicted of all charges.
