A Niagara Falls woman was charged with DWI after almost rear-ending a police car.
City of Tonawanda Police say Kaitlyn Kiszewski, 25, was pulled over driving 47 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone.
According to police, Kiszewski was tailgating a police car.
Kiszewski failed all field tests and told police officers she had "eight jack and cokes," according to officials.
Officers say Kiszewski had a blood alcohol content of .15 and was held on $250 bail.
Police say she was charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle over .08, following too closely, speeding and failed to use designated lane after a traffic stop.
