BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Restaurant owners suing New York State will be back in the courtroom sooner than expected.
A hearing on a preliminary injunction is scheduled for February 26th, according to attorneys for those restaurants.
The injunction seeks to allow restaurants to stay open past 11:00 P.M. That curfew was put in place by Governor Cuomo on February 12th.
The curfew was extended after a judge issued a temporary restraining order allowing restaurants and bars to stay open past the state's then 10:00 P.M. curfew. That restraining order has since been removed.
